Eat Together Ottawa

It’s time to Eat Together, Ottawa!

The Salvation Army, Ottawa Food Bank, Ottawa Public Health, and Loblaws have partnered to create the first Eat Together Ottawa campaign to encourage our community to gather and eat together in an effort to bring awareness to how food security and isolation impact physical and mental health.
On Saturday, August 26th plan an event and get together with your community for a meal. Set an extra seat to symbolize the need in the community and consider making you event a fundraiser for the Ottawa Food Bank, Salvation Army, or your favourite charity.
Be as creative as you want as you create your own Eat Together Ottawa event by bringing your family, friends, neighbours, and colleagues to the table to enjoy a meal and celebrate.
This event is inspired by Loblaws #EatTogether commercial that shows the beauty of an apartment community coming together for a meal.

When you register your event at www.EatTogetherOttawa.ca, you will be entered for a chance to win a chef / registered dietician cooking class sponsored by Loblaws College Square, one of three $100 gift cards from Loblaws/Presidents Choice, or one of two gift baskets of PC Products!
