Get outside and have fun with the Ottawa Food Bank!

The Ottawa Food Bank is thrilled to partner with Défi Entreprise and Moisson Outaouais for a fun and physical corporate challenge. For 6 years now, more than 500 companies and 40,000 employees have come together to improve their physical and mental health with Défi Entreprise.
Défi Entreprise provides everything you need for a simple yet efficient 12-week training program culminating in a fun physical challenge at Gatineau Park on May 7th. You can choose to run, walk, Zumba or boot camp your way to a healthy work place or community! Donations in support of the Ottawa Food Bank and Moisson Outaouais will be accepted and appreciated!

Everyone receives:

• A tailored training kit
• Access to free workshops and tools
• A final event where all participants complete one of the following challenges:
  • 5 km or 10 km walk-run
  • 5 km obstacle course *new in 2017*
  • 1 hour of Zumba (at Centre Asticou)
• A race day t-shirt
• A medal
• Light snacks

Schedule:

7:00 – Arrival of company representatives / participants + Opening of locker room + exchange t-shirts
7:30 – 5 km Bootcamp
9:00 – Launch of 5 km event (run, walk/run and walk)
9:30 – Launch of 10 km event (run, walk/run and walk)
9:40 – Zumba Challenge
11:00-11:15 – Awards
