Tony - Thursday - Ottawa Food BankSelf-Talk: How it Impacts Your Decision Cycle
Tony Ricard
6 p.m.
Everyone has that inside voice.  We play both roles, angel and devil, reliving experiences and playing out theories on a loop. Why? What is it that changes a ‘yes’ to a ‘no’ even before we engage in negotiations? Self-talk can be your secret weapon, if you know how to use it.
Tony Ricard is a senior non-commissioned officer of the Canadian Armed Forces with over 26 years of leadership and management experience in the roles of instructor, peer educator and mentor. His influence consistently results in leadership development initiatives in each organization he works with. His approach to team building is positive and sustainable.
