Thank you to all who stopped by 1317 Michael Street to visit us during Doors Open Ottawa on Saturday, June 7th.
Being our first year participating in this event, we weren’t sure what to expect. We were delighted with the number of people who came to learn more about the Ottawa Food Bank. With approximately 135 people coming through our doors, our tour guides and greeters were busy all day!
We love the messages many people left behind, and we’re happily leaving them on display for guests to read over the next little while.
While we didn’t solicit for donations, thank you to the kind people who brought food donations or left a monetary donation before leaving.
All who came by made our first Doors Open Ottawa a very special experience. Thank you.
