A note for students interested in volunteer during the Summer

The Ottawa Food Bank accepts a limited number of students during July and August.

Students must be 14 years of age to volunteer alone and  attend a volunteer information session before being scheduled.

Each student volunteer is offered one 3 hour food sorting shift per week.  These shifts are scheduled during  our daytime hours of operation, Monday to Friday. Please note that we do not offer full time or full day placements.
