Bien que de nombreuses facettes de la pauvret\u00e9 aient une influence sur la sant\u00e9, le fait de pouvoir servir \u00e0 votre famille un d\u00eener nutritif peut contribuer \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer une partie du stress.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d20027;\"><em><strong>Comment pouvez-vous nous aider ?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><br \/>\nBien que vos dons mon\u00e9taires nous permettent de transformer 1 dollar en 5 dollars de nourriture, vos dons alimentaires ont le potentiel d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 de quelqu&rsquo;un. Chaque jour, les employ\u00e9s de notre entrep\u00f4t se souviennent de la bont\u00e9 collective d&rsquo;Ottawa, et cette bont\u00e9 est particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9sente en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ottawafoodbank.ca\/fr\/collecte-de-denrees-des-fetes-joignez-nous\/\">cette p\u00e9riode de dons des F\u00eates<\/a>. L&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;herbes d&rsquo;\u00e9pices ou de zeste\/jus de citron pour rendre la soupe int\u00e9ressante. Faire chauffer l&rsquo;huile dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen<br \/>\n2. Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et le faire sauter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit tendre<br \/>\n3. Ajouter l&rsquo;ail et le faire sauter pendant 1 minute<br \/>\n4. Ajouter les lentilles, l&rsquo;eau, le c\u00e9leri, le poivron et les carottes<br \/>\n5. Laisser mijoter doucement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les lentilles soient tendres (15 \u00e0 20 minutes), en ajoutant de l&rsquo;eau si n\u00e9cessaire<br \/>\n6. Ajouter les tomates, le curry (ou le cumin), le sel et le poivre en remuant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit m\u00e9lang\u00e9.
