This is truly an honour, as volunteers are so important to us at the Ottawa Food Bank. We work with approximately 3,000 amazing people every year who give so generously of their time. We could not do what we do with out them. Their hard work equates to the same number of hours as over seven full-time staff members!
Over the years, our volunteer program has evolved and grown in ways we didn’t know possible. This is truly thanks to the incredible effort and dedication of our Volunteer Coordinator, JoAnne Turple. JoAnne – thank you for all you do. Your hard work is noticed by staff and volunteers a like; we truly appreciate your enthusiasm and leadership.
