[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At the beginning of May, we held our 7th annual Food Sort Challenge. We would like to extend our gratitude to both Jack Astor’s Bar & Grill and Beau’s All Natural Brewing Co. for going above and beyond to help make the event just that much more special.
Jack Astor’s was our official After Party Sponsor of the Food Sort Challenge, and event goers were encouraged to head to the Lansdowne location after the competition to keep the party going. Once people got to Jack’s, they were greeted with a silent auction, samples of beer from Beau’s, and tunes by DJ iLon.
Ahead of the event, Jack Astor’s knew that Beau’s would love to participate. And did they ever! Beau’s designed and donated special edition mini-fridges to help raise money for the Ottawa Food Bank. All three Jack Astor’s locations had a mini-fridge for two weeks before the May 3rd event, and customers could enter to win if they donated $1.
Thanks to the incredible effort by both of these organizations,
$3,000 was raised for the Ottawa Food Bank!
