July 9th was a gorgeous day for golf! The day marked the Mechanical Contractors Association’s (MCA) 20th Charity Golf Tournament, and it was a fantastic day with a record number of golfers participating.
This charitable tournament has been in support of the Ottawa Food Bank’s Food Aid Program for a number of years. The generosity shown by MCA year over year to help the Ottawa Food Bank purchase and distribute local and nutrient-rich ground beef to families and individuals in need is greatly appreciated.
Thanks to MCA, the sponsors, and everyone in attendance, the tournament raised an incredible $44,361 for the Ottawa Food Bank!
