Today we received a wonderful supply of FRESH whole chickens from Ontario Association of Food Banks (OAFB) in partnership with Chicken Farmers of Ontario and Sargent Farms.
This is such an incredible donation to receive and we’re excited to distribute them as early as tomorrow.
Piled high, the Ottawa Food Bank received 36 boxes each filled with six whole chickens. We know fresh is best, and we’re excited to pass these along to our neighbours who are doing all they can to get beyond hunger.
