MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF OTTAWA TEES OFF FOR THE OTTAWA FOOD BANK
On July 5 – a beautiful, sunny day – MCA Ottawa took to the fairways once again to raise money for the Ottawa Food Bank’s Food Aid program. A large number of people showed up for a day of fun and golf in the sun all for a good cause. MCA Ottawa generously donated an amazing $44,000 to the Ottawa Food Bank!
Since meat can be quite costly, our Food Aid program uses the money raised to buy cows that we can process locally, freeze, and distribute to our member agencies.
Thank you MCA Ottawa – this money will go towards our ground beef program to help feel local families in need.
