THANK YOU to everyone who contributed during the 35th OC Transpo / Loblaw Annual Christmas Food Drive.
Buses were parked outside Loblaw banner stores including Loblaws, No Frills, Superstore, and Your Independent Grocers locations on November 30th with dedicated volunteers from OC Transpo and the community. Select locations also had special volunteer guests from Jump! and BOOM radio stations. THANK YOU to everyone who took time in their day to volunteer to help the community. Food drives are only successful when accompanied by amazing volunteers like yourselves.
The generosity of everyone who donated and helped fill the OC Transpo buses and our donation cages TO THE BRIM is truly touching! You weren’t just filling buses – you also are filling fridges, supper tables, and tummies. THANK YOU.

The above numbers are the donations that made their way back to the Ottawa Food Bank. The Kanata, Barrhaven, and Nepean communities also directly received donations thanks to this food drive and their generous neighbours!
