BEAUTIFUL FOOD DRIVE ON A BEAUTIFUL DAY

The sun was shining on November 5th as Scouts set up shop at participating Metro locations across Ottawa for the 22nd Annual Scouts-Metro and Purolator Food Drive.

The Scouts-Metro and Purolator Food Drive is an amazing production where the Scouts collect food at Metro locations and sort the food at the Ottawa Food Bank warehouse all in the same day! Purolator plays a big hand in this food drive as they go from store to store to pick up all the donations to bring back to the warehouse.

This year, the food drive brought in approximately 72,000 pounds of food and over $11,000! Incredible!

Those donations will go a long way to help those in need in the Ottawa community! Thank you to everyone involved and all who donated.
