The first ever Walmart Food Drive in support of the Ottawa Food Bank was a great success! With our wonderful volunteers at all Ottawa-area locations on the 21-22 of April, donation bins were overflowing in no time. Walmart shoppers truly showed their generosity.
In just one weekend, Walmart was able to donate 24,000 lbs of food!
Thank you to the eight Ottawa-area Walmarts, our volunteers, and everyone who donated! We look forward to partnering with Walmart again in the future.
