Creating a Land of Hope and Dreams

We were beyond thrilled when we received a call from Bruce Springsteen’s team saying not only were they encouraging us to collect donations during the concert at Scotiabank Place, but they were also going to provide us with four tickets and four E Street Lounge passes to auction.

The concert on October 19th was huge, and Springsteen fans were amazing and beyond generous.

The auction winner of the four tickets and passes paid $975, and the money donated the night of the concert came to an amazing $10,225.20! The two amounts together bring the grand total to an incredible  $11,200.20!

Thank you to Bruce Springsteen and his team for supporting food banks everywhere. These types of contributions make a big difference in the communities you touch. Also thank you the all the Springsteen fans who donated! We, at the Ottawa Food Bank, were blown away by your generosity!
