The Huron Carole in Ottawa

Defeating Hunger. Feeding the Soul.

The Huron Carole is a project of the Christmas & Winter Relief Association whose mandate is to support organizations doing hands-on work with the homeless and hungry in Canada.

With food bank use on the rise, Tom Jackson’s nationwide call to end hunger needs to be heard again. The Huron Carole returns this year with One More Girl, Shannon Gaye, and George Canyon joining Tom on a national tour beginning in November to raise funds and awareness for Canada’s hungry.

The concert is filled with Christmas music and stories that embrace messages of peace, harmony, and optimism.

The tour will hit Ottawa on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 8 p.m. at the Shenkman Arts Centre.

General admission tickets are $60 and VIP tickets (includes pre-show reception, best seats, and a gift bag) are $110. Buy your tickets online, or call 613-580-2700 for VIP tickets

The Ottawa Food Bank will benefit from a portion of ticket sales and VIP reception ticket sales, and Ottawa Food Bank volunteers will be on site collecting food and fund donations.

For more information and to purchase your tickets visit the Huron Carole’s website.
