The Ottawa Food Bank is so honoured to call the fine people at the Jewel 98.5 FM our friends.
The Jewel approached us over a year ago with the idea to do monthly food drives at various grocery stores for a year in support of the Ottawa Food Bank. Over a year later, those monthly food drives are still taking place across Ottawa, and the team at the Jewel are the people to thank.
As of this month, the cumulative collection total is officially over 30,500 pounds of food for the Ottawa Food Bank through these drives!
