This full-time, permanent position is under the direct supervision of the Director, Programs & Planning. This is a brand-new role, intended to support our agencies in their work and to implement and drive improvements across our network.
The Community Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting agency-led programming and service improvement initiatives.
This includes developing and maintaining a framework to build equity in service across the network, and working collaboratively with agencies and clients to ensure evidence-based decision making in programming and development for the Ottawa Food Bank network.
