Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Operations provides strategic leadership to the food collection, warehouse, and distribution operations of the Ottawa Food Bank, and assists with other activities of the organization, as required.
The Director of Operations has the responsibility and oversight of the warehouse, purchased and donated food, transportation, health & safety, and building maintenance and repair. The Director of Operations is responsible for effective and successful management of all operations in order to meet our strategic goals and participates as part of the Executive Management Team.
