Thank you who everyone to attended and contributed to Heels for Meals in support of our Baby Basics Program.
The generosity and kindness of everyone who showed up to Social Cocktail & Lounge was truly moving. Your support will make a difference in the lives of new, young, and struggling families in our city.
Diapers are expensive. They are expensive for us as an organization and they are expensive for families on a tight budget. Heels for Meals will go a long way to stock up on baby supplies and food.
With a few donations still coming in from the event, an incredible $36,828 was raised through ticket sales, raffle tickets, the wall of wishes, and the silent auction.
Thank you to Jamilah Taib Murray for being the gracious host of the event. Your continued support of the Ottawa Food Bank, and our Baby Basics Program in particular, means a lot to us and the community.
