Thank you Ottawa International Airport Authority!

Ottawa Food Bank Executive Director, Peter Tilley, went out to the Ottawa airport to receive a donation from the Ottawa International Airport Authority. This donation was  from money tossed into the fountain at YOW, as well as from their holiday celebrations, including a Wine So Others Can Dine raffle, and a Airport Firefighter’s Boot Drive.

To his surprise, the donation was $10,000! How amazing that travelers’ loose change and employees celebrating the season can add up to so much, and make such a difference in the community!
