We believe a city without food insecurity is possible.
Our North Star goal is that by 2050, no one in Ottawa is food insecure. It guides how we respond to urgent needs today while working to reduce the need for food banks tomorrow.
The 2025-2028 Strategic Plan outlines how we’ll work with our network of member agencies and community partners over the next three years to move closer to that future.
Shaped by collaboration, grounded in data, and informed by lived experience, the plan focuses on three priorities:
- Re-imagining food banking in Ottawa
- Strengthening our member agency network
- Reducing food insecurity for people who rely on food programs
