With two first round selections, including the fourth overall pick, the Ottawa Senators will celebrate the 2018 NHL Draft with a draft party on Friday, June 22, at the Canadian Tire Centre.
This event is free to the public but the Ottawa Senators are encouraging attendees to
bring a donation for the Ottawa Food Bank as a way of giving back to the community.
This year’s event will mark the first time that the team’s draft party will take place at Canadian Tire Centre, where fans will have the opportunity to watch the NHL Draft, live from Dallas, in the comfort of the venue’s theatre setup and on its Bell HD video screen while having access to special food and beverage concessions.
The evening will also include visits by Spartacat, the Senators’ ambassador of fun, and the Sens Street Team whose members will help guests enjoy various activations (including a junior Draft photo opportunity and a virtual reality experience), inflatables and interactive games. The first 500 guests in attendance will also receive a 2018 Senators Draft puck.
