The Ottawa Guild of Potters is happy to host this year’s Great Bowls of Fire, our popular annual fundraising event for the Ottawa Food Bank. The event is a “Take Out” affair taking place Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at the Glebe Community Centre. Patrons choose one of hundreds of beautiful hand-crafted pottery bowls donated by our members, then select soup and bread from some of the region’s favourite restaurants and bakeries – all packaged up to enjoy at home with friends and family. All money raised goes directly to the Ottawa Food Bank, to help folks in our community access nutritious food. This year’s participating restaurants and bakeries include: All About Soup; Black Walnut Bakery; Coconut Lagoon; Le Poisson Bleu; Les Fougères; On Union Street; Red Apron; Stoga; Strawberry Blonde; Thyme and Again; Top Shelf Preserves; True Loaf; Wild Oat Bakery; and Your Bread Box.
