The snow may be gone, but the events from the winter season keep on giving.
Ottawa Food Bank’s Peter Tilley and Sarah Burns met with Christine Leadman, Executive Director of the Glebe BIA, and Jim McKeen, owner of McKeen Metro, for a wrap-up to the Snowflakes in the Glebe campaign.
The February campaign included a food drive at McKeen Metro, fun on the canal, and snowflakes being sold in stores in support of the Ottawa Food Bank.
The Glebe community showed their generosity by donating a total of $4,000 and 4,000 lbs of food!
