SOUTHWAY LIGHTING OF THE SOUTH END
The Southway Hotel’s magnificent outdoor Christmas lights each holiday season have inspired and raised the festive spirits of those residing and working in Ottawa’s south end for years. The dazzling display of more than 150,000 lights is not to be missed.
Where: Southway Hotel – 2431 Bank St at Hunt Club
When: Wednesday, December 5 at 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Schedule of Events:
4:30 – Assembly, Lobby of Southway Hotel
5:15 – Welcome by Stephen P. Zlepnig, and Councillor Diane Deans
5:45 – Countdown and Lighting
6:00 – Draws for PRIZES!
Wonderful Christmas music will be provided by the students of Canterbury High School.
Donations of funds and non-perishable food items will be excepted for the Ottawa Food Bank.
