We are so honoured to have had three Canadian Olympians helping out in the Ottawa Food Bank warehouse.
Across Canada, Olympians are helping local families by donating their time at food banks ahead of the upcoming Thanksgiving long-weekend. Athletes will be unpacking, sorting, and boxing donated food that will be distributed to various agencies and families for the holidays.
Here, in Ottawa, we had the pleasure to work with Michael Tayler (London 2012 Olympian, Canoe-Kayak Slalom), Laurie Graham (1980, 1984, 1988 Olympian, Alpine Skiing), and Sue Halloway (1976, 1980, 1984 Olympian, Cross Country & Canoe/Kayak).
