A Successful Spring Food Drive

Thank you to the wonderfully generous people in our Ottawa community for a successful Spring Food Drive.

The Spring Food Drive is always an important one, especially after this year’s long winter and continually cool spring. It gives the Ottawa Food Bank the opportunity to re-stock its shelves for those in need, as people’s bills tend to run their highest in March. Thanks to our generous community, the Ottawa Food Bank is now more prepared to keep up with demand.

This year’s food drive brought in an amazing 95,000 pounds of food.

This accomplishment would not be possible if it weren’t for our amazing volunteers, the generous spirit of our donors, and the participating store locations. Thank you Loblaws, Metro, Superstore, and Your Independent Grocers! Thank you, Ottawa!
