Thank You for Giving Generously to CBC Project Give!

On Friday, December 9, CBC Ottawa devoted a day of programming to making the season kind. Project Give, their annual charity drive in support of the Ottawa Food Bank, was a huge success!

The day was filled with story-telling from people and organizations helping make an impact in our city by fighting hunger and food insecurity. There was incredible music, and so much kindness from listeners and supporters. Together, Ottawa raised…

$ 0

The success of CBC Ottawa’s Project Give fundraiser would not be possible without the incredible team behind the scenes.

Thank you to the behind the scenes and on-air team of CBC Ottawa. Each year, we are inspired by the dedication and thoughtfulness taken to ensure many voices are heard and celebrated as part of Project Give.

Thank you to our incredible member agencies who participated in the day and shared their stories throughout the day. We cannot express how proud we are to work with such amazing organizations such as yourselves.

Thank you to all of the musicians and artists including Lyle Odjick, Rebecca Noelle, Yao, Akeem Oh, Aiona Santana and Jessica Pearson who donated their talents and time to help facilitate and encourage donations throughout the day.

Thank you to the National Arts Centre for being such wonderful hosts of the event.

Thank you to Things Engraved for your generous support of CBC Project Give.

And finally, thank you to all of the incredible people and matching sponsors who gave generously by making a donation, helping those affected by food insecurity within our community.
