As a vital member of our Communications and Development team, you’ll support direct response fundraising activities and provide essential administrative assistance. You’ll ensure our donor call centre has up-to-date messaging for campaigns and help manage email fundraising efforts. Collecting powerful stories from individuals connected to our network, you’ll inspire our supporters and amplify our cause. Working closely with the Direct Response Manager, you’ll maintain campaign timelines, collaborate with Finance and Administration for accurate reporting, and update stewardship messaging. Additionally, your role would involve managing online donation pages and delivering excellent donor care.
