The 2024 Fight Hunger Spark Change campaign has come to an end, and it has once again been a huge success!
Launched annually by Walmart Canada and Food Banks Canada, this campaign aims to raise funds and awareness for the pressing issue of food insecurity in our country.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of Walmart Canada and its customers, this year’s campaign raised an astounding $4.2 million nationwide! From this impressive total, the Ottawa Food Bank will receive $87,164.75, enabling us to provide nutritious food to our member food programs and their communities.
We are immensely grateful to Walmart Canada and Food Banks Canada for their unwavering partnership and collaboration. Their commitment to fighting hunger and sparking change in communities across Canada is truly inspiring.
