As a member of the executive team, the Director of People & Culture leads HR strategy and program development, leads HR systems implementation and management, and works collaboratively to advance the mission, strengthen the workforce (both paid and volunteer), and participates in strategic and operational planning. You have primary responsibility to ensure the safety of the workforce, develop a superior workforce, and drive a high-performance culture while maintaining core values.
