There are two Community Development Coordinator positions. One is focused on wrap around supports, and the other is focused on capacity building strategy. The Community Development Coordinator – Wrap Around Supports works to develop and improve seamless, comprehensive, and integrated services and supports to clients. The Community Development Coordinator – Capacity Building Strategies works to develop and implement a capacity building framework based on community and agency needs.
