The Capital Fair is returning to the Rideau Carleton Raceway from August 12th through 21s with a full selection of rides, live shows, and attractions for the whole family! On August 16th, they will be holding their “Fill the Ferris Wheel” food drive, where attendees are encouraged to bring a food donation for the Ottawa Food Bank to get a discounted bracelet to ride the midway attractions ($20 with donation / regular $45).
