The Ottawa Food Bank is looking for an individual to fill a full-time position as a Human Resources Manager.
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Finance and Administration, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for a wide variety of human resources activities for the entire organization, including administrative duties and payroll, but also staff development and engagement to name a few. This position also supports the work with our wonderful community of volunteers.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for advising management on a wide range of human resources and labour relations activities, and providing support to both new and existing employees to help them achieve the Ottawa Food Bank’s goals.
